All Auto Atelier orders are packed and shipped within 48 hours of order receipt with the exception of order received on Saturday, Sunday and Australian Public Holidays. In the event an item is out of stock, we will inform you via email for further instruction. Please note that we use Australia Post eParcel for all shipments – Australia Post do not ship to Post Office Boxes. If you provide a Post Office Box address we will contact you via email to ask for a street address in order to complete your shipment. Auto Atelier Pty Ltd is not responsible for any delays incurred as a result of a Post Office Box address being supplied at the time of order placement and any subsequent time taken to obtain a suitable street address for delivery.

All Auto Atelier orders are shipped with full tracking and delivery confirmation. Upon generation of your Airway Bill (AWB) you will receive two confirmation emails, one from Auto Atelier Pty Ltd and one from Australia Post (once your order has been picked up) both containing your tracking number. You can track the progress of your shipment by simply clicking on the link in the email or by visiting the Australia Post Website (https://auspost.com.au/mypost/track/#/search) and entering your tracking number.
If you do not receive your order within 7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation, or if any damage to your shipment is evident upon receipt, please inform us immediately.
Orders over AUD$100 are shipped for free – orders under AUD$100 have a flat shipping free of $9.95.

If you are not completely satisfied with our product(s), you may return the item(s) for a refund or exchange within 7 days from the date of receipt subject to the following conditions:
It is our policy that you cannot return unopened, non-defective items, but we can (at our discretion) grant exceptions. For an exception to be granted, the product must be returned within 7 days from the date of receipt, within its original unopened packaging and therefore be unused. We do not refund shipping charges or the cost of shipping the return when the product is unopened and unused.
In order to maintain the highest possible quality standards, all Auto Atelier products are thoroughly inspected both at our production facility and again during packaging for shipment. If any product is found to be defective, please contact us within 30 days from the date of receipt. If your order has been damaged during shipping, please contact us immediately.
Refund or Exchange may be applied provided the conditions of return (listed previously) are met. All returns will be examined to determine the cause of the problem. If the problem is a manufacturing defect, we will replace the item free of charge and also reimburse you for the cost of shipping the product to us.
However if the problem is NOT due to a manufacturing defect or any other area of our responsibility, we are unable to offer an exchange or refund.
We do not accept returns, exchanges or lost shipment claims 31 or more days after the date of receipt.
Your order may only be cancelled within the 24 hour period following the placement of your order. Due to our quick turn around of orders, Auto Atelier Pty Ltd is not responsible for late cancellation notices and the customer will remain liable for all product(s) and shipping and handling fees.
